A former World, European, and British champion with 18 years of ring experience, I combine elite-level coaching with my background as a qualified Primary School teacher to deliver research-backed martial arts programs for child development I began my journey at the Combat Sports Centre at age 10. Under Paul Gilmore’s expert guidance, I discovered a passion for training that led me to earn a 2nd Dan Black Belt and a British Championship title. A member of the Combat Sports Centre since 2009, I hold myself to the high instructional standards set by my mentor, Paul Gilmore. Alongside my pursuit of a Team GB spot, I am committed to passing on my knowledge as a coach to the West Warwicks ABC boxing team. Explore our world-class facilities.
