Why Train at Combat Sports Centre?
Whether your goal is to master the ring or simply transform your physique, our facility is the ultimate destination for boxing excellence. We cater to every type of athlete, from the fitness enthusiast to the aspiring competitor. Our sessions are designed to push your limits while ensuring you learn the craft correctly from day one.
- The Fighter’s Physique: You don’t need to be a pro to look like one. Our training sessions are high-intensity, full-body workouts designed to torch calories and build functional strength. If you want to get that fighter’s six-pack, our core-heavy conditioning is the fastest way to get there.
- The Adrenaline of the Ring: Experience the incredible buzz of stepping between the ropes. We provide a safe, supervised environment where you can apply your skills, build your confidence, and feel the rush of live boxing drills.
- Expert Guidance: From footwork and head movement to the perfect counter-punch, we help you achieve your goals through structured, technical coaching.
- Step Up to Competition: West Warwicks Amateur Boxing Club For those looking to take their training to the highest level, we are proud to host the West Warwicks Amateur Boxing Club. Do you have the drive to compete in Olympic-style boxing? This is where champions are forged. Under the banner of West Warwicks ABC, you can transition from a casual trainer to a competitive amateur boxer, representing the club in sanctioned bouts.

To get the most out of your first session and ensure you’re ready to hit the mats with confidence, please make sure you come prepared with the following:
- Hand Wraps: Essential for protecting your knuckles and wrists
- Boxing Gloves: We recommend buying your own 14oz or 16oz gloves for hygiene.
- Comfortable Sportswear: Think shorts and a breathable T-shirt; avoid anything with zips or buttons.
- Water Bottle: You’re going to need it—boxing is one of the best calorie-burners in the world!
- Proper Footwear: Flat-soled trainers or specific boxing boots are best for the mats and ring.
