  • Thursday 18:00 to 18:55 – Beginners to Yellow Belt 19:00 to 19:55 – Orange to Black Belt
  • Friday 18:00 to 18:55 – Kickboxing Squad Training
  • Saturday 10:00 to 10:55 – Beginners to Yellow Belt 11:00 to 11:55 – Orange to Black Belt
  • Sunday 10:00 to 10:55 – Beginners to Yellow Belt 11:00 to 11:55 – Orange to Black Belt
